Thursday workout
1. Hip mobility routine – 5 mins
2. Cat-cow – 10
3. Child pose – 1 min
4. Light dumbbell bicep curls – 15 × 2
5. Tricep kickback – 15 × 2
6. Wall push-ups – 15 × 2
Friday Workout
1. Rod bench press (floor par) – 10 reps × 3
2. Dumbbell chest fly – 12 reps × 2
3. One arm row (dumbbell) – 12 each side × 3
4. Shoulder lateral raise – 12 reps × 2
5. Stepper power march – 2 mins × 2
Cool down
Saturday Workout
Har exercise 45 seconds + 15 sec rest × 3 rounds
1. Stepper fast stepping
2. Dumbbell squat + press combo
3. Kettlebell swing
4. Rod deadlift
5. Mountain climbers (slow)
3 minutes stretching
