Simple Way to Forward Email Manually

Launch the mail app on your iPhone. Select the email you want to forward, then tap the forward icon. Enter the new Recipient’s mail address to continue.

You can write messages or attach documents. To attach documents, tap on the left arrow above the iPhone keyboard and tap the attach icon to include photos, videos, or documents.

Then, hit the send button. The email will forwarded to a new recipient.

Forward All Emails Automatically

You can forward all emails automatically when received by setting up automatic forwarding for iCloud mail. So, Let’s follow the steps.

Launch the Settings app on your iPhone. Tap on the profile name at the top and select iCloud. Then, tap on the Mail section. Afterward, tap on mail forwarding.

Turn on the toggle next to Mail Forwarding. Then, type the email address to whom you want to forward the emails received on your device. Please make sure the email you’re forwarding to is correct.

If you set Mail forwarding from iCloud to Gmail, Don’t worry, it won’t affect Gmail functionality. Emails sent to iCloud will be forwarded to Gmail.

You can also delete an email after forwarding it. To do so, turn on the toggle next to Delete After Forwarding. In my case, I keep it turned off. Then, hit the done button at the top right corner to save Mail Forwarding settings.

When someone sends an email on my device, it is forwarded to my other email address. That’s it.

Conditional Forwarding: Auto Forward Only Specific Email

To forward a particular message, follow the on-screen video steps.

Launch the Settings app on your iPhone. Tap on the profile name at the top. Then, tap on the iCloud section and open Mail.

Afterward, tap on iCloud mail Rules and then tap on Add rule.

Write the rule; I am typing Email Forward from Jecob. Then, go to the message section, tap the dropdown menu, and select is from option.

Below the message section, tap the name or email address of the person you want to forward the mail from.

Now, tap the drop-down menu next to Action and select the “Forward to” option. Then, type the receiver’s mail address. At last, hit the done button to save changes.
