Watch how to cheaply build a custom USB cable with aviator (GX16) connector, by using any existing USB 2.0 Type-C cable.
Parts List
USB 2.0 Cable (Type-C)
Paracord Type III (550 lbs)
PET braided sleeve (4mm diameter)
Heat-shrink tubes (assorted diameter)
GX16 (4 pin) connector
Example build is double braided, you can opt to just use a Paracord or PET braided sleeve by them selves.
