Filippo Riniolo is an artist based in Rome whose practice explores poetic, political, social, historical, and contemporary themes. He engages with subjects like the relationship between power and the body, gender studies, and post-colonial perspectives, employing mediums such as installation, performance, sound, video, and painting.
The Magic Carpets residencies included several projects in which Filippo participated. He collaborated with Latitudo Art Projects in Rome and the Mahalla Festival in Istanbul.
