ಆಡಿದ ಮಾಡಿದ ನೊಡಿದ ಪಾಪವ ಹೊರ ಹಾಯಲು ಬಿಡು ಒಮ್ಮೆ..
ಮ ಎನು ಮನವೆ ಮ ಎನು ಮನವೆ ಬಾಇ ಮುಚ್ಚಿ ಒಮ್ಮೆ.

ನೆನೆದು ನೆನೆದು ನೀ ಧನ್ಯನಾಗು ಮನ ರಾಮ ರಾಮ ಎನು ಒಮ್ಮೆ..

Meaning:

Say the name of Lord Shri Rama just once; Let the strings of your heart's Veena strum the name of Lord Rama.
O mind, open your mouth and say 'Ra', and let the sins that occur by speech, action and sight leave through your lips;
O mind, close your mouth while saying 'Ma', and let them not return, ever.
Remember this name, which is the mantra given by Lord Shankara to Parvati, and be blessed.
Utter the name of the Lord, if only once....!
