My dad, who has been CrossFitting for about 10 years with me stopped by the garage gym and we hit a workout together and sat down and talked about his fitness journey and what it has been like for him to get fitter as he has gotten older. If you want to get started or help someone else, take a watch and listen - because there is some gold in here!

AMRAP 20 Minutes
10 Kettle bell swings
10 Double Dumbbell Snatches
10 Sandbag squats
10 Strict Handstand Push Ups
*One person does a full round, while partner is running on the Assault Runner
*Score is rounds and distance
