🔥 WHAT’S IN THIS WORKOUT:
• Warm-up: Pull-ups
• Stretching (pre & post — super important!)
• Underhand Barbell Rows
• Overhand Barbell Rows
• Dumbbell Rows
• Seated Rows
• Lat Pulldowns
• Face Pulls
• + Deadlifts (done on a separate day — optional)
I usually do 3–4 sets of each exercise with 10–12 reps, and then push to failure after my last rep. I always start with the big muscle group exercises, especially barbell rows, before moving on to accessory movements.
These are the exercises that have helped me see real improvement in my back strength and development, and I hope they help you too!
