This stage is difficult in its own right, but the mechanics of it are fairly simple.
The boss gains 80 temporary Reinforce when you cut through one of their 5 phase changes, and their intention changes to an action that gives them 50 permanent Reinforce.
The main gimmick is that, at the start of your turn, the boss loses 20 Reinforce. This means that at minimum you'd only be able to kill their last phase at turn 9, but they'd have 90 reinforce, and it's generally unrealistic to chunk through all of that, so you'd most likely settle for a turn 10 kill. (The extra turn in the clear is from the scripted loss.)
This means that you'd have to block at minimum 3 turns worth of attacks, which Corposant helps a lot with, in addition to Nautila's chunky shields.
Corposant's recent buff makes her one of the easiest and in my opinion, strongest damage dealers in the game, as long as you have some way to keep her using Exalt and redraws.
