SENHEISER MD-403 dynamaisches 50er-Jahre-Mikrofon. Supernierencharakteristik. Leistet gute Arbeit. Das MD-403 hat dieselbe Kapsel wie das Sennheiser Legend MD-409.

I already introduced the quite rare MD-403 in another video, and someone complained recently that this microphone was noisy somehow:

So I decided to give it a new try this time with an excellent modern. preamp of DAVE HILL DESIGNS EUROPA 1.
I think the result is quite good. MD-403 was designed as for reel-to-reel tape enthusiasts, it is aa dynamic microphone with a relatively low output compared to condenser mics and it has a cardioid pattern.
