So I sat down to play Cyberpunk 2077 again after 4 years, on patch 2.3, and it was still incredibly janky and buggy right out of the gate. Made me wonder why, and this is what I came up with!

At 4:20 (blaze it) I meant "half a BILLION". Oops.
