Welcome back to the channel! Today we’re checking out the Forestrike demo, a new martial arts roguelite where you plan your attacks before the fight even starts. Sounds smart, right? Yeah… until I immediately get kicked in the face.
Forestrike blends strategy, precision combat, and roguelite chaos into something that feels fresh and surprisingly intense. You literally battle enemies in your mind before clashing in real time — it’s like chess, but if every piece could roundhouse kick you.
In this video, I test my brainpower (and patience) to see if I can actually master this unique combat system or just get repeatedly humbled by NPCs. Spoiler: it’s probably the latter.
