What I wish I knew before starting in HR | Setting Boundaries, Do I need a CIPD Qualification?

In today's video I go through things I wish I knew before starting my HR career. Most of my points relate to setting boundaries, looking after your mental health and being proud of where you are currently even if you aren't exactly where you want to be. I hope this helps at least 1 person!
