Holy crap, this took five hours to render and ANOTHER three hours just to upload. Not to mention all the Vegas crashes.
If I make a full HD video again it'll be too soon... or uploading at night. Yeah, that works, too.

Axel, Roxas and Xion. The friends of light and flame.

Xion was silent to everyone but Roxas, shy and unknowing of her birth nor destiny. Axel had a hunch, but he wasn't certain. Xemnas seemed quite proud of this girl when she walked into their midst, just like Roxas did with Axel behind him. The smirk plain on Vexen's face made Axel even more suspicious of the six original members. Now.. he had to bring her back. Were they really anything more than tools to their superiors?
They were prisoners...to so much a degree that it was a miracle they weren't caged in their rooms at night.

He was worried about Roxas passing out on his last mission, but alas, he was sent to Castle Oblivion with the others to obtain the Keyblade Master. The fail-safes stayed behind, the girl watching over Roxas as he lay in a coma for weeks.

Watching Sora make his way through the castle, he took his and Saix's plan into action. Axel worked his way into Marluxia and Larxene's trust, getting in on the plan to overthrow the Organization with Sora slaying any who would stand in their way. With Axel on their side... they would certainly have the youngest member's ally with their cause. This however, proved to be false.
" 'Dispose of our traitor.' I always follow orders, Marluxia"
"The Organization's betrayal... In that name I will annilate you."

Over the weeks Axel grew even more suspicious of Xemnas's motives. When the heart-shaped moon appeared in Never Was's sky... he began studying what caused the creation of their kind. In doing so, he found out about DiZ and the creation of the Heartless.
"I see how it is."

Xion leaves and when Roxas hears of the reasons she departed, he too begins to turn from the Organization. Meeting DiZ and hearing his prejudices against him because of the former apprentices, he attacks. The malice and greed had certainly passed on from him to Xemnas was obvious to Roxas. He'd changed... and Axel noticed.
"The Roxas I know is long gone..."

The answers began to drive him mad. Not only the pyro, but his friend Saix as well. Xion, noticing this, goes to confront Axel.
"Don't go easy on me, Axel."
"You've gotta be kiddin' me!"

"Which are you choosing?" Saix asks. When Axel hesitates, he lashes out.
"Which are you choosing, Axel? A fake friendship...? Or a real one?"
Axel's torn. He should be able to speak with Saix like he does Roxas and Xion...but he can't. He'd changed too much upon losing his heart. Therefore... He chose his new friends.

358 days after Roxas joined the Organization, Axel has been betrayed by both of him and Xion. Xion is dead, her power absorbed by Roxas. And Roxas... on the way to oblivion as well. As a dying wish, he helps Sora on his way to eliminate the Organization. Even his former friend.
"They'll betray you. Just like you betrayed me."

And our friendship.
