We take you on two adventures in this video, which was filmed before lockdown. Firstly exploring a beautiful section of the Chichester Harbour which has seen activity since Roman times. This outstanding area of beauty is a peaceful and tranquil place to spot stray finds from the past. Later we return to Newhaven and sample some of the delicious mud it has in store for us.
