Hi guys today I will be sharin gmy recipe for Pande-siosa
Ingridients
3 eggyolks
1 egg
3 1/4 cup +2 tbs and additional 3 tablespoon of flour
1/2 cup sugar plus 1 tbsp
150 g butter
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 lukewarm water
about 1 tbsp of oil
1 egg wash
1 packect of yeast which is 8 g
For toppingd
130 g room temperature butter (enough for 2 pande-siosa
sugar about as needed
optional grated cheese
