A man was caught with more than 5,000 gift cards in Sacramento. Now, he is accused of fraud. NBC Bay Area Responds team maps a global web aimed at draining your gift card and turning it into "untraceable" international cash. NBC Bay Area Consumer Investigator Chris Chmura reports.
