If you understand anything about amplifiers and how they work you know these are massively underpowered right now compared to what they will be seeing soon (once installed in the vehicle). What you are seeing is 1 8500 watt amp wired to 1.4 ohms which is not nearly the power it will put out when there is two of them and both wired to .7 ohms. This is just the first test to see what the box is tuned to and to get an idea what the tone of the box sounds like. So far, it's a total success. They sound GREAT! Also, they are not broken in yet. This is the first power they have seen with the exception of one of the subs that was played with a little after it was built. Once loose and getting 4x the power AND inside the cabin of an SUV like the Yukon, it should be pretty obnoxious! Stay tuned, subscribe, turn on notifications to hear this thing slam!
