[English description below] Hört man sich die Fanfare von Théodore Dubois an, so hört man ein eindrucksvolles Stück Orgelmusik. Die Forte-Passagen werden wie ein Echo auf dem Schwächeren Manuel wiederholt, es gibt einen kontrastierenden lyrischen Mittelteil, bevor der Anfangsteil wiederholt und zu einem grandiosen Abschluss geführt wird. Aber die Fanfare von Dubois ist im Original keine Stück für Orgel, sondern eines für Klavier, das 1883 in den "Vingt pièces nouvelles" veröffentlicht wurde. Gut, der Mittelteil ist zwar pianistisch angelegt, aber die Eckteile fordern schon fast die Orgel. Wie dem auch sei - die Fanfare ist ein sehr lohnenswertes Stück, sei es auf der Orgel oder auf dem Klavier.

Die Tonaufnahme erfolgte im Raum mit vier Kanälen, Bildaufnahmen am Spieltisch mit einer Videokamera, Tablet sowie Smartphone und vom Pedal mit einer Videokamera.

If you listen to the fanfare by Théodore Dubois, you will hear an impressive piece of organ music. The forte passages are repeated like an echo on the weaker Manuel, there is a contrasting lyrical middle section before the opening section is repeated and brought to a grandiose conclusion. But the fanfare by Dubois is not originally a piece for organ, but one for piano, which was published in 1883 in the "Vingt pièces nouvelles". Well, the middle section is pianistic, but the corner sections almost demand the organ. Be that as it may - the fanfare is a very worthwhile piece, be it on the organ or on the piano.
