west Ham midfielder George Earthy is in hospital after suffering a head injury on his Premier League debut against Fulham.
The 19-year-old had came on in the 82nd minute at the London Stadium as a replacement for Michail Antonio. West Ham confirmed that Earthy was awake in hospital. A statement from the club read: 'West Ham United can confirm George Earthy will undergo an assessment in a London hospital this evening following the incident which saw him stretchered off during today's Premier League fixture against Fulham.
