Snake gourd kootu is a tasty side dish for kuzhambu and sambar with rice. Dal and coconut based with a touch of coconut oil flavor. We make it usually with moong dal spice powder. But this is so easy and so different from the usual recipe, so obviously I loved it and tried it.
