ASMR Artbook Adventures - The Art of Horizon: Zero Dawn - Whispered

ASMR is created to help people relax, unwind and in some cases sleep.
In some, it can also trigger a pleasant tingling sensation, that starts in the top of the head and radiates throughout the chest.
These feelings are influenced by certain triggers, mostly sounds, such as whispering, speaking softly, turning pages, cringling packaging, hair brushing and many more.
The ASMR artist (person making the video) will often perform simple tasks in a calming environement which can help you take your mind of any worries and concerns that can keep you awake.
