French alumna Maya shares how her exposure to internships and career fairs at George Mason, which helped her land a job offer from Deloitte a whole year before graduation! The Career Services were very helpful. They prepare you for interviews. By going to career fairs on campus, I learned what the job requirements are. The people I talked to were professionals, they are always willing to give you advice.

Business school professor Kelly Westland has been a mentor for me. She would write as many recommendation letters she can, introducing me to opportunities and people in the field. She even won an award for supporting her students’ career.”
