Sending Back Our Battle Born Battery

Nearly 3 years into our rv solar setup with Battle Born Batteries we have a dead battery. This is a short recap of our talk with tech support and the eventuality of sending back the battery for a warranty claim. So far the process has been easy, but it's definitely going to take some time. We are lucky to be stationary right now so we can get it taken care of. I'll be posting a follow up once I learn of the outcome and hopefully have a replacement battery.
