Basic Recipe:

🛒 Ingredients:
1 lb ground Italian sausage (or ground beef/turkey)
1 onion, diced
3 cups chicken broth
1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
1 cup ricotta cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella
Fresh basil, salt & pepper to taste

👩🏽‍🍳 Instructions:
Brown sausage & onion in a skillet. Drain fat.

Transfer to crockpot with chicken broth, marinara, noodles, salt & pepper.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until noodles are tender.

Serve topped with ricotta, mozzarella, and fresh basil.
