Up today is a huztl/stihl clone ms440. I'm not that familiar with Stihl saws, so bear with me on this build. At first glance it has many features similar to a husqvarna 372xp, most notably the bushing/seal on the pto side.
Here's some minor port work. Squish was HUGE stock. This means one of a couple things, get a different P&C OR do port work/machining of the existing.
I'm just using a chinese marathon dental lab handpiece setup. You can check out my other vids on this. I'm also using a cordless bosch dremel with an old black and decker straight handpiece on an extension.
Of note, the cylinder didn't squish down quite to .018" like I thought, those collapsable gaskets don't quite snug down as far as you might think.
