the AI reminded me of Aquapazza for some reason.
(="=ii) yeah... it's not hard but it's annoying mostly...
and hey, at least the AI don't disconnect in mid game.

this is one and only game that I will say "go get your friends to play with you locally" because the disconnect rate from playing online is worse than people rage quitting in call of duty modern warfare 2, I remembered the first time that I tried this game on the internet cafe was like... 15 out of 25 match are the opponents that disconnected in mid game or when they about to lose.

it's.... just my unfortunate though....
and I don't feel like playing this game anymore after the video.
why~ ?

talk about the game
this is as basic as you can get in fighting game, let's say... it's just a street fighter with control input similar to Code of Princess, you have attack, block, dodge, dash, EX attack, active shield on low HP, 1 - 2 bar special attack, wake up attack... that's it....

No parry (Except Gunvolt), no roll, no air dash, no ground or air recover, no crash, no guard break.

it's like they're only focus on the offensive tactic and completely forget about the defensive tactic that make the fighting fair on both side, it means you will not being send to the air and getting air combo to death because there's no air recovery button to press, because of that Blade Strangers is just like one of those game in the Arcade Center that strong players stay strong, and the weak players stay weak, and you know once you getting combo, it's just end.

secondly is the visual presentation is not holding me to keep playing, the dialog from the characters is just insult to each other or going to serious tone, in spite this is the colorful Anime theme, EVEN I still have some laugh or having a smile at adorable moment from Code Of Princess, but in this game.. I rarely see one...

thirdly...
Attack distance on most of the characters don't make sense because their attack reach are the same, like Ali / Curly's Dagger can reach almost the same as Solone's claymore, Master T can reach the same as Liongate's Sword, just few of them that I found to have reasonable attack distance are Kawase, Noko, Emiko and Lina.

(= =ii) no wonder why I always saw people run up to each other face and start to attack because most of the character attack distance are the same, or just use Curly and Spam Machine Gun all the way to the end.

and there are still a lot of stuff that I want to say like, weird hitbox, odd invincibility, questionable stun frame and recovery frame on some characters, but I might reach description characters limitation

so yeah... I think I'm done...
it's a ok game though, if you have friends to play with you locally...
