Today’s Korean cooking is Triangular Kimbap filled with Tuna Mayo and Tuna Kimchi. This Triangular Kimbap is mostly sold at a convenient store in Korea and this is a very popular due to its reasonable price and handy to eat.

Ingredients

Korean Triangular Kimbap
Serving for 5

Seasoning rice
3 cups of warm cooked rice
1/2 tsp of sesame oil
1/8 tsp of salt
1 pinch of sesame seeds

Tuna Mayo
1/3 cup of canned tuna
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
2 Pinches of salt
2 pinches of black pepper

Tuna Kimchi
1/4 cup of canned tuna
1/4 cup of kimchi
1/2 tbsp of hot chilli paste
1/4 tsp of sesame oil
2 pinches of sugar
1 tbsp of cooking oil
