Ever had your café experience interrupted by a power outage? Well, that’s exactly what happened at "Himalayan Java" in Pokhara! But as they say, life goes on—and so did our adventure. Despite the unexpected twist, I found myself in fascinating conversations with some amazing people.

But the day wasn’t over yet. We discovered another "Himalayan Java" outlet that lifted our spirits, and once again, the warm, lovely people of Nepal filled my heart with joy. Our journey took us next to Dorje's Bar & Grill, where we packed some mouth-watering burgers while soaking in the incredible views. Trust me, the scenery alone is worth the visit!

As a restless 57-year-old on a mission to explore, I couldn’t stop there. We made our way to "Byanjan," a must-visit spot in Pokhara, where we indulged in their delicious Nepali Thali Set. I highly recommend this place for an amazing food experience!
