DIEP Flap Breast Reconstruction Basics Explained

In this video you'll meet Dr Joe and understand the 3 options when a mastectomy is involved in your treatment plan:
1. Flat closure.
2. Implant-based reconstruction.
3. Reconstruction with your own tissue using an autologous flap.
Specifically, Dr Joe will talk you through the basic steps involved in a DIEP flap.
