This brutal looking Toyota was built and developed by renowned New-Zealand race specialist Trevor Crowe. Powered by a Oldsmobile 4.2 Litre V8 capable of around 400Hp in NA form this Monster was used initially in Circuit Racing with plenty of success, until trying out dirt surfaces at Ashley Forest Rallysprint 1985.
Such was the potential of the package that it would go on to win the entire event while posting a Record Run at the time. A New-Zealand legend in its own right, the lightweight, RWD machine is a true case of engineering ingenuity.
