I Challenged 4 Foreigners to Cook Their Version of Singaporean Food

I invited 4 non-Singaporean chefs to recreate their version of their favorite Singaporean cuisines. Singapore is a multi-cultural country and I wanted to celebrate hawker food with the chef's culture reflected - we will see Satay-katsu Oyakodon, Angmoh Hokkien Mee, Egyptian Mee Pok and Chik-kut-teh. I also invited 50 viewers to find out which chef created the most delicious and unique fusion food.
