Khwaja Hasan Basri RJA was born to a slave in Medina and was later brought up in the house of K'aba guards. He met many companions of the prophet Muhammad, including seventy Muslims who fought at the Battle of Badr. As he grew to adulthood, he became one of the most prominent and outspoken figures during his generation and died in Basra at110. He is known for his brilliance on public speaking, with speeches and sayings by him still being quoted by contemporary Arab authors.





The famous book " tazkirat al awliya " of Sufi biographies by Shaykh Fariduddin Attar. It is Urdu translation of the book that was written by the famous Persian poet, Sufi saint, and Shaykh.
