each party pack has a official windows 7 install discs for both 32 and 64 bit.
it will be the full ultimate install with no expiration key. only catch is you are limited to one full install using the key. so find a pc you want to use forever lol.
in the party pack came party streamers, playing cards, gift backs, napkins. all with windows logo.
