In this Leaders in Housing Counseling webinar, our panelist discussed the innovative partnership between a HUD-approved housing counseling agency and the National Network to End Domestic Violence that addresses the impact of financial abuse.
Domestic violence has an economic impact on survivors throughout their lifetimes. Women living in poverty experience domestic violence at twice the rate of those who do not, which furthers the reciprocal relationship between abuse and economic hardship.
