Blk Women Rest Era. I have some advice for the 92% of us. This election taught us a lot about how we are to move on our own behalf. We will not be arguing back and forth with blue bracelets. We must now intentionally slow down, set boundaries, and find healing in practices that nurture mental, physical, and emotional health. The rest era not only supports individual well-being but also pushes for a broader cultural shift where rest is seen as a human right and a powerful means of protest against exploitation and oppression.
