Don River - Phase III - Water Depth and Velocity original imagery fast

Toronto and Region Conservation (TRCA), Waterfront Toronto and the City of Toronto have initiated the Don Mouth Naturalization and Port Lands Flood Protection Project (DMNP Project). This project will transform the existing mouth of the Don River, including the Keating Channel, into a healthier, more naturalized river outlet to the lake, while at the same time, removing the risk of flooding to 240 hectares of urban land to the east and south of the existing river.

This video shows how water will move through the area during a Hurricane Hazel-like event after the projects are completed.
