Here is my complete guide to Boothill, our newest limited DPS in Honkai: Star Rail! He is an explosive DPS carry that is unlike anyone so far! He focuses on Break Damage and can even do Break DMG after breaking an enemy already. Great energy regen, SP usage, and a high DMG floor, this guy is a beast!
