《重启的爱情》讲述了青年艺术家陆明和妻子许昕在结婚多年之后，两人感情出现裂痕，变得逐渐疏远。在一次严重的交通事故中，许昕遭遇重伤，在医院陷入长时间的昏迷状态。在家中，陆明找到了一本由许昕所写的意识流小说。陆明发现小说中的故事代表了许昕内心种种未说出的感情和对他的爱。读完小说后，陆明悔不当初，并重新续写了小说结尾。终于，许昕在陆明的呼唤中渐渐苏醒……

【Synopsis】After years of marriage, young artist Lu Ming and his wife Xu Xin begin to grow emotionally distant, as their once-strong bond starts to crack. In a severe car accident, Xu Xin is critically injured and falls into a prolonged coma at the hospital. At home, Lu Ming discovers a stream-of-consciousness novel written by Xu Xin. Lu Ming realizes that the novel reflects Xu Xin's unspoken emotions and her deep love for him. After reading the novel, Lu Ming regrets his past actions and rewrites its ending. Eventually, Xu Xin awakens slowly to Lu Ming's calls…
