Presentation at Tavex Investment Conference in Talinn, Estonia. This is one of the best presentations in my career. It has taken me almost 2 months to prepare.
I focus on the stock, bond, and real estate markets, as well as monetary policy and credit growth, indicating each time that financial and economic conditions in 2017 are much worse than in 2008 before the Global Financial Crisis. Therefore, I conclude that the next crisis will be much worse than the one in 2008. Investors need to understand that and prepare accordingly.
