Today I clean a couple of the squid we caught on the sib and cook them into squid rings in batter. I know it's a very simple and probably over used recipe but it's my favourite way to eat them. I would normally put the cooking bit at the end of the original video, but some viewers are not interested in the cooking part so I'm trying it this way. Hope you enjoy!
