🟢材料:
排骨 300 克
豆豉 1 湯匙
蒜頭 3 瓣
辣椒 適量
糖 1 茶匙
鹽、胡椒粉、澱粉、油 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 將豆豉和蒜頭放入鍋中,用中火爆香,加入半茶匙糖拌勻備用。
2️⃣ 排骨加入適量的胡椒粉、1 茶匙糖、適量的鹽和澱粉抓至入味,加入爆香的豆豉蒜蓉拌勻。
3️⃣ 加入適量的辣椒和少許油,用大火蒸 10 分鐘(煤氣爐)或 12 分鐘(電磁爐)即可。

🟢Ingredients:
Pork ribs - 300 g
Fermented black beans - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 3 cloves
Chili - as needed
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt, White pepper powder, Cornstarch, Oil - as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ In a pan, sauté the fermented black beans and garlic over medium heat until fragrant. Mix in 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and set aside.
2️⃣ Marinate the pork ribs with white pepper powder, 1 teaspoon of sugar, salt, and cornstarch. Add in the sautéed fermented black beans and garlic and mix well.
3️⃣ Add in the chili and a little oil. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes (gas stove) or 12 minutes (induction cooker).
