Heavy Rain (PC) - The Mall bug

On the PC release, a glitch can occur if Ethan walks back and forth in front of the escalators. This glitch triggers the flashback from "The Old Warehouse" that shows the Origami Killer watching as Ethan and Jason are hit by the car; after the flashback plays, the game will crash.
