Ferrari 458 Italia GT2/GTE AF Corse (2011) + Paul Ricard On Board - Ex Fisichella/Bruni//Vilander

I had the pleasure of filming this fantastic Ferrari 458 Italia GT2/GTE AF Corse, the official car that competed in 2011 with number 51 (chassis number F142 2826). From the research, this is the model with which Giancarlo Fisichella, Gianmaria Bruni and Toni Vilander obtained second place in the GTE category at the 2011 edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Also, that season, the car won the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup in the LMGTE Pro category, participating in 5 of the seven races held and obtaining three first and 2-second places. Made by Ferrari Corse Clienti in collaboration with Michelotto Automobili, it adopts an aluminium monocoque chassis in which the 4.5-litre naturally aspirated V8 engine is housed. The engine, subject to restrictions as per regulation, develops 465 HP at 6.250 rpm and 520 Nm of maximum torque at 5.750 rpm. The gearbox is a 6-speed Hewland sequential + reverse and rear-wheel drive. Compared to the road version, this racing model features NACA air intakes, a larger front splitter, side skirts, a more downforce diffuser and a rear wing. The weight has also been reduced by 250 kilograms, stopping the scale's needle at 1245 Kg. Ho avuto il piacere di filmare la fantastica Ferrari 458 Italia GT2/GTE AF Corse, vettura ufficiale che nel 2011 ha gareggiato con il numero 51 (numero telaio F142 2826). Dalle ricerche effettuate si tratta del modello con cui Giancarlo Fisichella, Gianmaria Bruni e Toni Vilander hanno ottenuto il secondo posto nella categoria GTE all’edizione 2011 della 24 Ore di Le Mans. Sempre in quella stagione la vettura ha vinto la Intercontinental Le Mans Cup categoria LMGTE Pro partecipando a 5 delle 7 gare disputate ed ottenendo 3 primi posti e 2 secondi posti. Realizzata da Ferrari Corse Clienti in collaborazione con Michelotto Automobili adotta un telaio monoscocca in alluminio nel quale trova posto il motore V8 90° aspirato da 4.5-Litri. Il propulsore, soggetto a restrizioni come da regolamento, sviluppa 465 Hp a 6250 giri/min e 520 Nm di coppia massima a 5750 giri/min. Il cambio è sequenziale Hewland a 6 rapporti + retromarcia e la trazione è posteriore. Rispetto alla versione stradale in questo modello da corsa sono presenti prese d'aria NACA, uno splitter frontale più grande, minigonne, un diffusore più deportante ed un alettone posteriore. Anche Il peso è stato ridotto di 250 chilogrammi, fermando l'ago della bilancia a 1245 Kg.
