Car park @ Ferry Road Parking Hayling Island.

Walk from Sinah beach to West beach.

The East Winner sand bar extends for miles into the Solent and is uncovered during low tides (time when the sea has reached its lowest level).
You can walk around the sand bar at low tide but check tide times as water advances to its furthest extent onto the shoreline - high tide
comes and unknowingly you can easily be cut off from the mainland so watch out.

Grounding according to multi-disciplinary research has disclosed that electrically conductive contact of the human body with the surface of the Earth (earthing or simply walking barefoot) produces intriguing effects on physiology and health.

Apparently, when you walk barefoot your body picks up free ions from earth's surface that act as antioxidants in your system. 🤓
