■　「～中　＝　～じゅう」：　～の間（あいだ）ずっと　【時（とき）を表（あらわ）す言葉（ことば）につく】

今日（きょう）は一日中（いちにちじゅう）家（いえ）いるつもりです。
I intend to stay at home the whole day today.

一晩中（ひとばんじゅう）カラオケで歌（うた）ってしまいました。
I end up singing at karaoke the whole night.
