How to make higher resolution textures for LEGO Minifigs using Photopea

Instructions:
Open your Minifig in Mecabricks and export
Import it into Blender
Go to the Shader Editor and Tab into Decoration
You can rename it and click unpack to save
Or you can open it in Image Editor and save
Open Photopea and import the image
Duplicate the layer once per color
Hide all but one layer
Go to select and Color Range
Click on one color and adjust so it only shows it on screen
Select inverse with Control I and delete it
Repeat for the other layers
You can also erase any other color remnants if they show up
With a layer selected go to Image and Vectorize Bitmap
Change the Colors to the lowest
You can switch between Cartoon and Photo for better results
Repeat for the other layers
Create a box the size of the image to help with the scaling position
Resize to fit
Click Shift to adjust
Select Image and Canvas Size and make it larger
You can multiply to automatically adjust the size
Shift Select all the layers and resize them to the canvas
If there are inaccurate lines, you can make a new layer and fill in the gaps with the brush tool
First select the color you are using
You can also rename the color layers
Create a layer to paint in and drag it below the color you are using
Repeat for the other colors
Export the image
Here's another example of the torso piece
Reopen Blender and go back to the decoration menu
Import the new image in
