It comes into the compact luxury SUV segment with sharp styling, value packed features in some trims, and Acura’s reliability reputation. Review Results:

What we liked:
+Inside and out the ADX is styled well.
+There isn’t much of a learning curve to the ADX, it’s easy to get in, understand all the inputs, and drive!
+The ADX is generally confident with its handling though feels bigger than it is.

What we didn’t like:
-The ADX’s powertrain was lackluster, let down further by the CVT only option in a luxury segment.
-On a roadtrip, we found the seats to be lacking in general comfort and the interior to be louder than expected on the highway.
-The heated steering wheel & 360 cameras are locked to the Advance trim.


ACNCarScore - 8/10 - There isn’t much to complain about with the Acura ADX other than its lackluster powertrain. It’s easy to use, spacious, sharp looking, and (can be) a value in lower trims with a $37k starting price. It’s a good start from Acura, though entry trims of European competitors are similarly priced to this A-Spec Advance.
