'Greng Jai' (เกรงใจ) is a deeply ingrained concept in Thai culture—I've covered it in other clips, but when it comes to BODY ODOUR, there are some great GRENG JAI lessons.

In Thailand’s heat and humidity, some people underestimate the importance of proper hygiene and more importantly ... SHOWERING AND DEODORANT. Sorry to break the news ...fragrant oils, or using non-antiperspirant products, the result is often the same—it’s not enough.

In this clip, I’ll break down the issue from cultural, linguistic, and even meteorological perspectives, offering practical tips on how to stay fresh and avoid offending those around you - and I'll tell you my secret that allows me to wear a suit on the streets in Bangkok even in April (if the situation calls for it) and not break a sweat.
