To achieve 0CD special skill in general, you need:
1. A special skill that has the subskill to -4s cooldown when one enemy is present: Crazeblood Blade, Sever, Felblade, Brokenstar Sword, Jade Spear, Mindbender Fist, Spirit Seal Blast, etc
2. -3s from the special skill itself, -25% Special skill cooldown from Mastery, -20% from Blood Energy III, -10% from Wandering Cloud set, -10% from Tao mind (Will, Mindfulness, Indecisiveness)

能够达到0CD右键技能：
狂血斩，断斩，邪刃，碎星剑，碎玉枪，摧心拳，封灵爆，等等
需要右键自身-3秒，一个敌人在场-4秒，大法-25%，血灵精通-20%，渡江云-10%，道心-10%（宰御，修省，无定）
