This is a quick video to look at the sound that our demo roaster makes versus one that was just returned from a customer. Turns out the issue was quite obvious. We will continue to make videos to diagnose problems, but wanted to upload this one right away in case anyone has a drum out of place. If you actually have a Bullet and have relevant experience to share, or constructive and experience-based thoughts, would like your comments. If you don't have a Bullet or have not used one, please make that clear if you have something to say here...
